Polymarket Wire (the “Service”) is an automated signal monitoring and distribution system that tracks probability changes on the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Service is operated by the owner of polymarketwire.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Free tier access

The free tier — including the public X feed, the web archive, and this website — is available without registration or payment. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the free tier at any time without notice.

4. Paid tiers

Paid tiers (Plus and Premium) are in development and not yet available. When paid tiers launch:

• Access will be billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• Paid tier terms will be updated here before those tiers go live.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Make automated requests that impersonate a human user or circumvent access controls.
• Commercially redistribute signal data or website content without written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Signal data is derived from publicly available Polymarket market data. We do not claim proprietary rights in that underlying data. The website design, copy, and system methodology are proprietary to the operator of polymarketwire.com.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any losses resulting from trading, investment, or financial decisions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
