1. Overview

Polymarket Wire currently has no user account system. The Service is accessible without registration. Most data described below is either voluntarily submitted by you or incidental to operating a standard web service.

2. Waitlist emails

If you submit your email address to the Plus or Premium waitlist, that address is stored in a private file on our servers. It is used only to notify you when a paid tier becomes available.

• Your email is not shared with third parties.
• It is not used for marketing beyond that one notification.
• It is not sold.
• You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

3. Server logs

Our web server generates standard HTTP access logs. These logs may include your IP address, browser user agent string, and the URLs you requested. Logs are retained for a limited period for operational purposes — primarily troubleshooting and abuse detection — and are then deleted. We do not use server logs to build user profiles or for any advertising purpose.

4. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies. We do not use third-party analytics scripts. We do not use tracking pixels or browser fingerprinting. No persistent identifiers are stored in your browser by this service.

5. Payment processing

Paid tiers are not yet active. When they launch, payment will be processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your payment data. We will not store credit card numbers or payment instrument details on our servers. Stripe may provide us with billing metadata (such as customer ID and subscription status) to verify tier access.

6. Data requests

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, contact us via X at @PolymarketWire.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the Service changes materially — for example, when paid tiers launch or if we begin collecting new categories of data. Changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
